Fr. Professor Fadi Daou
Chairperson and CEO of Adyan foundation, recipient of the Niwano Peace award for 2018, where he also chair the Rashad Center for Cultural Governance. Holds a PHD in Theology and a Master in Political Philosophy. He is a University Professor, Expert and Consultant in Citizenship, Pluralism, intercultural and interreligious dialogue and Geopolitics of Religions and Middle-Eastern issues.
He is member of the Committee for interreligious dialogue in Lebanon; and internationally participates as member or consultant or visitor professor in many academic and international institutions. He contributed to many international initiatives for the promotion of peace and interreligious dialogue, and represented the Vatican in its dialogue with Al-Azhar.
He is the author and editor of a number of books and articles in the field of interreligious dialogue, Political theology, and Citizenship and cultural and religious diversity.
