Tine Arentsen Willumsen
Tine Arentsen Willumsen is a global expert in Diversity & Inclusion and is the owner and CEO of Above & Beyond Group and Founder of The Diversity Council, based in both the Nordics and MENA region, with Founding Partners such as: Accenture, Maersk, Microsoft, Vestas, PwC, DP World, Saudi Industrial Development Fund and the Central Bank of Denmark. To strengthen balanced leadership across the world, The Diversity Council also provides cross-industry Advanced Leadership Programs for Women and a Fast-Track Program for Emerging Female Managers, in partnership with Headspring Executive Development and a world-class faculty from IE Business School, INSEAD, Cambridge etc.
In addition, Tine A. Willumsen is the mind behind The Womenomics Nordic Business Conference, which for 7 years has addressed women’s impact on the global economy, the related growth possibilities and the need for more gender balance in leadership.
The annual Womenomics Awards have previously be given to the Academy Award winning actress, Geena Davis and HRH Crown Princess Mary of Denmark.
In 2018, Tine also wrote the book: Womenomics – Gender Diversity and the Rise of Female-Driven Growth Potential,
with company cases from both BMW, McKinsey and De Beers and a testimonial by the first female Prime Minister of Denmark.
Tine Arentsen Willumsen is also Founder and President of Sisterhood Foundation, which runs charity projects, education and micro-financing for girls and women in India.
In addition, Tine is a board member of The British Chamber of Commerce in Denmark and a member of Global Women Leaders.
She holds a Bachelor of Export and International Marketing from Singapore and an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
