Science can save humanity, If We Just Understand Ourselves Better Through It!
Science shows that we are naturally and biologically built to be kind, empathetic and compassionate towards each other. That is how humanity has survived and flourished for over thousands of years and generations. We will look into the evolution of the human brain more closely and understand its current programming and its ability to reprogram itself, a phenomenon known as Neuroplasticity. We will explore how other anatomical parts of our bodies are dedicated to motivating us to affiliate and connect with others. We will
also see the power of words and how they influence the path to peace, tolerance and acceptance.
By attending this session, you will have acquired research-backed insights, tools and practices from the trailblazing science of positive psychology, applied neurosciences and mindfulness that you can use to help rewire your brain to think and feel more positively about people and events, to be resilient and grateful despite external adversaries and challenges and to help forgive others and ourselves effectively. Most importantly, this session will raise questions about our pre-conceived beliefs and help adjust misguided
perceptions that are getting in the way of a more peaceful world.
